The last in the awesome line of developer Genki's 'Shutoku Battle' Series, which has been running since the days of the SNES in Japan, these games play like a racer with elements of Street Fighter and Pokemon (I shit you not) mixed in. They're not the most technically impressive games and I imagine most people will shrug them off immediately but give them a chance and they're hugely addictive and this one's no different. Bring on the next one Genki!
